How it works

    Ready to get started? Call us or fill out the request form on our contact page, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient time to meet at your property. If an in-person visit isn’t possible, we can easily set up a video or phone call. This is a great chance to discuss your goals and see if we’re the right fit for your property maintenance needs.

  • 2. We prepare your Customised Plan & Quote

    We’ll evaluate your property and create a customised plan that keeps your property in peak condition for your enjoyment. This process includes onsite measurements and assessments after our meeting to develop your tailored solution. We strive to complete this as efficiently as possible and will provide a timeline based on the complexity of the project.

  • 3. Receive your Plan and fine tune

    We’ll work closely with you to fine-tune the quote and ensure everyone is aligned on the expectations for the service period before proceeding.

  • 4. Approve & Maintenance begins

    Once you're confident that the plan we've created together will meet your desired outcomes, we can finalise the paperwork and begin maintaining your property inline with the schedule ready for your enjoyment. Throughout the process, you'll have access to your customer portal, where you can review quotes, view upcoming scheduled maintenance, track invoices, and request new work as needed.


  • 5. Subscription Contract, Additional Works & Communication

    Our customised plan includes a defined service period and total fee. While work demands may vary during different seasons, we break the total fee into monthly payments, invoicing you upfront each month. We do not lock you into a contract, and if you're unhappy with our service, you can cancel at any time as outlined in the T&Cs of your plan.


    As we carry out maintenance and potentially regular security checks on your property, we may identify additional work that requires attention. Before proceeding with any extra services, we will always discuss and scope out the necessary tasks.


    We pride ourselves on clear communication and aim to keep you informed throughout the service period. We’ll note your preferred communication method and how frequently you’d like to receive updates to ensure you're always in the loop.
