We clean, restore and protect exterior surfaces across Wānaka and the Upper Clutha. We specialise in cleaning and sealing stone, concrete and masonry, from schist walls to exposed aggregate driveways and stone paving. We help reduce water absorption and make staining easier to deal with. We also take on selected timber restoration projects and provide ongoing exterior maintenance.

Restore.
Sealing works on a clean surface. We remove dirt, organic growth, efflorescence and construction residue first, using methods matched to the material. If staining is permanent, we tell you.
Protect.
Our penetrating sealers soak into the surface instead of sitting on top, so there's no film to peel or blister. You can keep the natural look or choose an enhanced finish. Check out the service pages for examples.

What we clean and seal
What sealing does for your surface
Sealing is about buying time and protecting what’s underneath. A quality penetrating sealer gives you a window to clean up spills that would otherwise leave a permanent mark, and helps your surface last longer. Water movement is behind most staining and deterioration, so we choose from a range of sealers that either repel water, water and oil, or densify cementitious substrates. We assess your surface first and talk you through what to expect before we start.
Who's behind Evercare
Evercare is run by Matt Caldwell, based in Wānaka and a member of the Exterior Cleaning Industry Association. Matt is also involved in bringing SiF sealers to New Zealand. We choose the system for each surface.
Where we work
Based in Wānaka, serving the Upper Clutha, including Albert Town, Hāwea, Luggate, Cardrona and Glendhu Bay. Further afield, get in touch, as we may be able to point you to an independent SiF approved applicator.
