Our Story

After years of hands on experience in the property sector our founder Matt has listened to feedback and countless anecdotes of property maintenance experiences. Evercare Property is ready to help redefine the way property maintenance can be handled to achieve your desired outcomes.

Matt and his wife Kate, along with their young children, are proud to call Wanaka home, a place they share deep, long-standing connections with. With Chartered Accounting backgrounds and a specialisation in property, they understand the value of building trusted relationships with their customers.

With a varied skill set and a knack for problem-solving, Matt is uniquely positioned to arrange tailored property solutions that suit your needs. His recent work spans commercial and residential projects across Otago, including overseeing renovations, refits, and new builds, as well as ongoing property management and maintenance.

While Matt’s Accountancy & Financial training began behind a desk, his true passion shines through when he’s hands-on. Growing up in rural North Otago instilled a knack for problem solving and turning his has to new skills or operating an array of machinery. Now, he’s returning to his roots, driven by a commitment to help others take care of their properties with care and expertise.
